Samsung will soon open three new retail stores across the United States for customers to try out new products, access Samsung Care services, and view demonstrations about new tech. The brand is highlighting how it will host classes to help users learn how to use its Galaxy AI features.
The brand’s three new stores will open before the end of the year in California, Minnesota, and New York.
In New York, the new store will be in Queens Center shopping mall in Elmhurst. The store is noted on the mall’s website but it doesn’t clarify an opening date. The second location is in Minnesota at the Mall of America, Bloomington. That mall’s website says it will be “opening soon,” but it also doesn’t specify a date.
We know both of these two stores will be open before Nov. 9. Samsung has said it will have “limited-time grand opening offers,” and they’re active up until that date.
Those offers include enhanced trade-in value for select smartphones, plus it will sell the Galaxy Buds 3 for $99.99 down from the standard $179.99. The website says it will have limited stock at each location, so you may need to be quick to get the headphones for that price.
The final store is likely to launch later in the year as opening day deals aren’t yet specified. It will be at the Los Cerritos shopping mall between Los Angeles County and Orange County, California.

Dave Das, VP of Mobile Experience at Samsung Electronics America, says, “We’re focused on expanding our retail presence to key high traffic locations across the country, so that our experts can interact with users one-on-one and show them the experience only Samsung can provide. “
The brand introduced its first experience branded stores in early 2019 alongside the launch of the Galaxy S10 and the first Galaxy Z Fold. Since then, we’ve seen locations come and go. The most recent change was the closure of the brand’s flagship New York location in late 2024.
