Mechè Trejo an Independent artist from Toledo Ohio, raised in a music family she thrived in different genres that influenced the unique and distinct sound of the person behind the music. Expressing her pain from relationships, mental heath and life experience she’s able to blend multiple genres that make the sound we know today. From Latin influenced songs to jazz and hip hop she shows her impressive range and ability to be versatile and exceed in any setting In 2023 she dropped her first solo project “Veintidós” the Spanish title, influenced by her Mexican-American roots stemming in the “ Tejano” genre of music her family was widely known for in the Midwest region throughout the 70s and 90s. Her raw emotion on this album sums up the hardships she went through in her teenage and early adult life through expressing her feelings, she hopes to connect with all the audience like herself. The transparency and genuineness seen and heard through her music, and music videos it’s just a piece of what Meche Trejo has to offer and will bring going into the future
