TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo men’s basketball program’s 2025-26 schedule is complete with the release of its 18-game Mid-American Conference slate by the league office on Thursday.

The Rockets will begin their conference campaign at home vs. Western Michigan on Tuesday, Dec. 30. Toledo will open its 2025-26 season vs. South Alabama on Monday, Nov. 3 in Savage Arena.
The Rockets will face each conference school twice with the exception of Akron, Ball State, Buffalo, Central Michigan, Eastern Michigan and UMass, who they will play once each. UT will host the Cardinals (Jan. 31), Eagles (Feb. 21) and Bulls (March 6) in Savage Arena and visit the Chippewas (Jan. 3), Minutemen (Jan. 20), and Zips (Jan. 27).
The Rockets’ remaining conference home games in Savage Arena will be vs. Miami (Jan. 10), Ohio (Jan. 13), Bowling Green (Jan. 24), Kent State (Feb. 3) and Northern Illinois (Feb. 24).
The conference office will release a full men’s basketball television schedule at a later date, with games on Saturday potentially being moved to Friday nights.
The MAC Tournament will be held March 11-14 in Cleveland’s Rocket Arena.
Toledo registered its eighth straight winning season last year with an 18-15 record under Head Coach Tod Kowalczyk. The Rockets have not experienced a losing season since Kowalczyk’s first year in the 2010-11 campaign and have won five Mid-American Conference titles during his tenure.
