TOLEDO, Ohio – The University of Toledo will be hosting a free movie night for the community in the Glass Bowl on Friday, Aug. 15. The event is sponsored by State Farm agent Jennifer Roberts.
Fans can vote to determine which movie will be shown by going to utrockets.com/movie. The movies to vote on are Kung Fu Panda, Lilo and Stitch (2002), Madagascar, and Princess and the Frog. Voting will close on Friday, July 18.
Gates will open at 6:30 p.m. for various activities including bounce houses, movie-themed games, and autographs from Toledo student-athletes. The movie will begin at approximately 7:30 p.m.
Guests must park in Area 10, which is just north of the football stadium.
Attendees may bring their own chairs and blankets to sit on the field.
The following concessions will be available:
- Hot dogs
- Chips
- Nachos
- Popcorn
- Pizza
- Pretzels
- Candy
- Bottled beverages
