Six More Top 10 Marks Set at Akron’s Al Campbell Invitational

FINAL RESULTS

AKRON, Ohio –

Erinae Coleman decelerated as she neared the high jump area at the end of the runway in her Lane No. 5 on the Stile Athletics Field House’s blue and tan track.

In her long Bowling Green orange-colored hair, she checked the scoreboard and clapped a few times as she smiled and was embraced by her teammate Kiera Bonds who ran the race two lanes over from her.

The freshman Coleman had much to grin about in just her third collegiate meet. She was fresh off winning the 60m final of Akron’s Al Campbell Invitational in a time of 7.47 seconds, marking the second-best time in the event in program history and was just 0.07 seconds off Jeannette Pettigrew’s BGSU record set in 2011.
