TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Two juveniles were sent to the hospital following a crash in Toledo on Monday.
The crash occurred on May 19 around 5:54 p.m.
Police reports say a 13-year-old was operating a mini-bike with an 8-year-old passenger and they were heading northbound on Erie Street towards Lafayette Street. The juveniles allegedly failed to stop at the red light, entered the intersection and crashed into the rear passenger door of a vehicle.
The juveniles were both taken to an area hospital with what police say are possible serious injuries. The driver of the vehicle was uninjured.
