TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo man is facing abduction and felonious assault charges for allegedly shooting someone and refusing to let her leave his home.
Robert Wayne-Lucas Stringer Jr., 22, of Toledo, was arrested on Sunday for the incident.
Charging records allege Stringer shot the victim in her hand and restrained her from leaving his house on Aug. 31. He allegedly grabbed the victim by her neck and clothes, physically keeping her from leaving, and blocked the door. The police affidavits cited victim accounts.
Police arrested Stinger that day on felony abduction and felonious assault charges.
Stringer is scheduled to face a judge on Tuesday.
