Toledo man accused of holding victim at gunpoint, threatening to sexually assault them

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo man is accused of holding a person at gunpoint and threatening to sexually assault them.

A Lucas County grand jury indicted Lavelle Walker, 48, on two counts of abduction on July 10.

Charging records allege Walker pointed a shotgun at a victim, saying they couldn’t leave and threatened to sexually assault them, all while ordering the victim to move around a home. The alleged incident happened on April 24, police said.

He’s expected to face a common pleas judge in the coming days.
