PEMBERVILLE, Ohio — Authorities in Wood County are searching for two suspects accused of robbing a business on Sunday.
The suspects, described as men wearing ski masks, robbed the Dollar General in Pemberville around 2:24 p.m. Sunday, according to the Wood County Sheriff’s Office. Employees told authorities that both men had firearms.
After robbing the store, the suspects fled in a Dodge Challenger and led law enforcement agencies on a brief chase but managed to escape on a nearby highway, the sheriff’s office said.
Authorities encourage anyone with information to contact the Wood County Sheriff’s Office at 419-354-9623.
