TOLEDO, Ohio — The Roosevelt Pool on Dorr Street in central Toledo will reopen to the public Saturday after a $1 million renovation.
The city says the pool will stay open through Aug. 31, while all other city pools will close for the season on Aug. 24.
According to the city, improvements at Roosevelt Pool include new mechanical equipment, a fresh liner and gutter system, and a fully renovated bath house interior.
“The longtime neighborhood favorite now has a clean, modern update just in time for the final stretch of summer,” the city said.
