TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Toledo Police are on scene of a barricade situation at Ottawa Cove Apartments.
Police on scene say a call came in around 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 19 for reports of a man in crisis.
Negotiators are currently on scene and are actively speaking with the man. Police say this is a fluid situation.
