TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) -As the 2025 Toledo Air Show soars into the Glass City, one pilot performing this weekend is filling the shoes of his close friend and fellow, a famed stunt pilot killed in a plane crash late last month.
Holland was a respected and well-known stunt pilot who was set to perform in the Toledo Air Show this weekend.

Kevin Coleman, a pilot for Red Bull Air Force, will be performing in the Toledo Air Show in place of Holland. Coleman says that Holland’s family asked him to step in and participate in the wake of his passing.
Coleman told 13 Action News he worked closely with Rob Holland and considered him a close friend.
“He came up with a lot of the stuff you’ll see me do this week,” Coleman said. “His family asked if I could come fill in for him. So, I’m up here in Toledo, happy to be here and hopefully represent Rob in a way he’d appreciate.”
Coleman, a world-class aeronaut, quickly gained recognition for his fast, aggressive flying style and flawless precision, organizers said.
The two-day event runs through Sunday at the Toledo Express Airport, with performance times subject to change.
