TOLEDO, Ohio — A man was hospitalized after being shot in central Toledo early Thursday morning.
The incident happened just before 5:30 a.m. on Foster Avenue, near North Detroit Avenue. A detective on scene told WTOL 11 the victim said someone drove by his home and shot him.
The man was hit by a bullet in his leg. He is expected to survive his injuries.
Toledo police believe the man was outside when he was shot. No arrests have been made.
