OREGON, Ohio — Corduroy Road will be closed between Coy and Lallendorf roads in Oregon starting Thursday to allow for repairs to a railroad crossing.

The closure to through traffic will start at 7 a.m. and be reopened by 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 14, according to the city. The smaller work zone at the railroad crossing will be closed to all traffic as Norfolk Southern does its repairs.

Entrance drives to properties in the closure area will remain open.

A detour posted at the closure will go from Coy Road, south to Seaman Road and then to Lallendorf Road, where it will reconnect with Corduroy Road.

Anyone with questions or comments about the closure is asked to contact Oregon’s director of public services’ office at 419-698-7047.
