MAUMEE, Ohio — The city of Maumee’s administration offices will be closed Tuesday, as the building’s air conditioning is currently non-operational.
According to a press release from the city, the Municipal Building’s AC is non-operational due to repairs to the building’s fire suppression system. Amid extreme temperatures in the region Tuesday, the city has closed administration offices for the safety of employees and guests.
This includes the city’s tax and utility billing departments.
The city also said that the closure does not affect the city’s municipal court, which will remain open and operate as usual Tuesday.
The Maumee Municipal Building is located on 400 Conant Street.
