PLEASANT TWP., Ohio (WTVG) – A 37-year-old man died in a Seneca Co. crash Monday morning that seriously injured two children.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, an 18-year-old driver from Old Fort was headed south on Township Road 73 around 7:15 a.m. on September 22 when she drove off the left side of the road, then re-entered, striking a northbound vehicle head-on.
Jeromy Danielski, also of Old Fort, was pronounced dead at the scene. The two children traveling with him were taken by Life Flight to St. Vincent for treatment.
The driver of the southbound vehicle sustained minor injuries and was taken to the hospital in Fremont.
The crash remains under investigation.
