PERRYSBURG, Ohio (WTVG) – The Perrysburg Police Division is praising officers who entered a burning apartment to put out the flames.
Police have released body camera footage showing the officers’ response when a fire broke out Nov. 6 at an unnamed apartment complex. Watch that footage in the attached video player.
The police department said Officer Growden and Officer Loar saved lives and prevented further damage to the apartment complex when they quickly entered a unit and extinguished the fire.
The Perrysburg Police Division called their actions “bravery at its finest.”
