TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Families with young children are invited to set sail on a Great Lakes adventure with Lil’ Scupper’s Kids Club at the National Museum of the Great Lakes.
This monthly program kicks off on Thursday, Sept. 18, at 10:30 a.m.
It is designed for children ages 0–6 and their caregivers. Each month features a new theme to explore.
The first program offers music, movement, stories and hands-on activities—all with a maritime twist.
Guest teaching artist Risa Beth Cohen of Sing into Reading will help children create instruments, sing, move and play their way into early literacy skills while discovering the fun of lake-life lore.
Lil’ Scupper’s Kids Club runs monthly through May 2026.
Upcoming dates include Oct. 16 at 11 a.m. and Nov. 20 at 11 a.m.
