TOLEDO, Ohio — Lanes on I-75 north and south are shut down near the I-280 interchange in Toledo after an early morning crash.
The incident happened just before 3 a.m. At least one person has died as a result of the crash.
WTOL 11Â crews at the scene could see flames coming from a semi truck on I-75 south near the 280 split when they arrived.Â
Both north and south lanes are currently closed while crews investigate the crash.
According to OHGO’s website, “all lanes are closed on I-75 north beyond I-280 south” and “all lanes are closed on I-75 south at Alexis Road.”
Another vehicle could also be seen on fire down closer to the Ottawa River Road exit.Â
Due to a spill of hazardous material, the area need to be clear of bystanders.
