TOLEDO, Ohio — The city of Toledo is offering a free support session to the public to discuss the tragic murder of a 13-year-old Toledo girl.
Kei’Mani Latigue’s death has had a profound impact on Toledo, sending shockwaves of unanswered questions and doubt throughout the community.
Whether you were personally affected or just have thoughts and concerns, the city encourages anyone who is interested to attend the event and discuss how you’ve been dealing with it as well as learn about how to help yourself and others.
The support session is being held on Wednesday, April 2 at the East Toledo Family Center on Varland Avenue.Â

- Time: 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
- Free to the public.
- Discussion groups for adults and youth available.
- Open to friends, neighbors, Miami Street residents, those who helped search, and those directly impacted by Kei’Mani’s death.
- Food as well as on-site childcare will be provided.
