TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Florida man is facing sexual imposition charges for allegedly molesting a 13-year-old in August.
According to Toledo Municipal Court records, 68-year-old Michael Shaw of Jacksonville is accused of groping the girl’s breast over her clothing while at her home.
The suspect has been previously convicted three times for gross sexual imposition, according to the criminal complaint.
Shaw will appear in court Monday.
