FINDLAY, Ohio (WTVG) – The Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation is hosting a panel presentation and Q&A session on local housing needs.
The panel is open to the public and will be on Wednesday, Oct. 22 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at 50 North in Findlay, located at 339 Melrose Ave.
The Community Foundation debuted its State of Work and Play Report in June, which details the present state of work, play and supporting fields in the region to help the foundation better improve the quality of life in the community.
According to the foundation, it found that one of the significant areas of need is housing.
The foundation says a lack of available, affordable housing has created a crisis in Hancock County.
The panel will be moderated by Foundation President & CEO Brian Treece and will feature representatives from the local housing coalition.
