TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A crash Wednesday morning has shut down I-75 between I-280 and Alexis Rd.
According to the OHGO website, I-75 northbound is closed beyond the I-280 interchange, while the I-75 southbound lanes are closed at the Alexis Rd. exit.
Toledo Police confirmed that a wrong-way driver was involved in traffic accident on I-75 near Expressway Dr in Toledo.
Crews are on the scene, but as of 5:30 a.m. the closure remained in place.
