TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – River East Associates and the East Toledo Family Center have announced the East Toledo Holiday Parade is happening this weekend.
The parade will take place on Dec. 7 beginning at 11 a.m. and this year’s theme is “Whoville Hooray.”
According to organizers, the parade route will be as follows:
- Begin on East Broadway by Waite Stadium and head toward Starr Avenue
- Turn right on Starr Avenue and head toward Main Street
- Turn right on Main Street and head toward Front Street
- Turn right and end on Front Street
The parade will disband at Waite High School’s Skill Center on Morrison Drive.
Organizers say groups, businesses, organizations, bands, churches, scout packs/troops and sports teams are welcome to join in.
