OTTAWA, Ohio (WTVG) – They come from all over for ribs from Red Pig Inn, 1470 N. Perry St., Ottawa, Ohio.
Established in 1975, the award-winning ribs here turned this small town into a destination. New owners Nate and Anissa Musil have kept the recipes alive while adding more mouth-watering options to the menu.
Today, Nate walks us through how he assembles Porky’s Pickle Pizza, which is pulled pork, red onion, pickle, and mozzarella on top of a bourbon BBQ sauce base. He also makes a jalapeño popper burger, and, of course, a rack of those famous ribs.
