Cleveland woman’s car broken into for 4th time

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A Cleveland mother of two told 19 News that her car has been broken into four times, including twice in one day.

Arlevia Patterson is a single mother of two boys, ages 6 and 12.

On Wednesday morning, when she came out to take her boys to school, she felt the pain of being victimized once again.

A couple of guys were caught on her surveillance camera breaking into her Kia and ransacking it.

“This is the 4th time this has happened to me, once in Euclid, parked safely in my complex. They busted out my window, glass all over my baby’s car seat, the second time they hit me twice, January 24th, in Cleveland Heights.”

She is outraged that the break-ins keep happening, so she’s now warning other people to be on the lookout for the crooks who broke into her car, the last time in Cleveland at 2:30 a.m.

“Please be aware. Pay attention to what’s going on in your backyards. Get the cameras. Get the people from the way that they dress from head to toe, regardless of their faces being covered or not. They will repeat that same outfit.”

She called the police and they are investigating. Meanwhile, she can’t drive her Kia because it was so heavily damaged.
