TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Bellevue man who threatened to kill his lawyer, prosecutors, and the judge handling his criminal case was sentenced last week to 10 years in prison, according to the Ohio Attorney General.

Eric Braun, 49, was initially charged for a 2023 road rage incident for improperly handling firearms and aggravated menacing.

During the criminal proceedings, Braun threated to kill his attorney, the judge, the assigned prosecutor and the elected prosecuting attorney, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost said.

He was charged with four counts of intimidation, with a jury finding him guilty on all counts on June 13.
