TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Six people were hospitalized Thursday after a crash on Central Avenue near Corey Road.
According to a press release from the Toledo Police Department, a car with two adults and three juveniles was driving west on Central and hit a car that attempted to turn left onto Corey Road.
According to the release, the driver of the vehicle turning left claimed they had a green arrow and the driver of the other vehicle claimed they had a yellow light.
The driver of the vehicle attempting to turn went to St. Anne’s Hospital by personal transportation.
All five occupants of the other vehicle were taken to Toledo Hospital.
The driver suffered serious injuries that are believed to be non-life-threatening, according to the press release. The release said she was also pregnant.
All other occupants suffered minor injuries.
