TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred in east Toledo Tuesday night.
According to a police report, authorities received “several consecutive ShotSpotter alerts that totaled 41 rounds.” This report occurred in the 1100 block of Sisson Drive around 10:20 p.m.
Police arrived on scene to investigate. Officers recovered what they said were shell casings of multiple calibers from the scene, and learned that two residences had been struck by gunfire.
No injuries were listed in the report, and police did not name any suspect.
Toledo police are continuing to investigate. If you have any information regarding this incident, police ask that you call or text Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111. You can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
