Chace Crawford Joins Dan Fogelman’s NFL Series For Hulu


EXCLUSIVE: Chace Crawford (The Boys, Gossip Girl) has been cast as a series regular in Hulu’s upcoming untitled Dan Fogelman football drama headlined by Christopher Meloni.

Created and written by Fogelman, the series is set inside the world of the NFL and has a generational family component to it.

Meloni plays the team’s head coach Danny, with fellow series regulars Sam Corlett and Tanner Zagarino as his sons, William H. Macy as the team owner Hank, and Mandy Moore and Chloe Bennet as his daughters.

Crawford will play the team’s new General Manager.

The series from 20th Television and Skydance Sports is executive produced by Fogelman, Jess Rosenthal and Kevin Falls. Also executive producing are David Ellison, Jesse Sisgold, and Jason T. Reed for Skydance Sports.

Crawford is best known for his roles as Nate Archibald on the popular CW drama Gossip Girl and as The Deep on the Prime Video hit The Boys.

He is shooting the third installment of Super Trooper for Searchlight Pictures and is reprising The Deep role in Season 2 of The Boys spinoff Gen V. He also has the upcoming Taylor Cohen’s EDM-focused thriller Strobe opposite Laura Harrier and Suzanna Son.

Crawford, recently seen in the feature Reunion opposite Nina Dobrev and Billy Magnussen, is repped by CAA, Untitled Entertainment and Gretchen Rush.
