TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Police arrested a 25-year-old man on New Year’s Eve for allegedly attacking a victim with a hatchet.
Arnoldo Escobar is accused of striking the victim with a small hatchet during a fight, which required medical treatment at St. Vincent Medical Center and several stitches to close the wound.
Escobar will appear in court Thursday.
