BOWLING GREEN, Ohio (WTVG) – A man is dead after police say he was hit and killed by a train in Bowling Green on Friday.
On Dec. 20 shortly after 12 p.m., a witness contacted the Bowling Green Police Division saying a person had been hit by a train near Napoleon Road.
BGPD and Bowling Green Fire responded and once they arrived on scene, they found a deceased man. BGPD says the Wood County Coroner’s Officer and CSX Transportation were both contacted.
The incident is currently under investigation.
