TOLEDO, Ohio – University of Toledo Softball Head Coach Jessica Bracamonte announced the Rockets’ 2025 schedule on Friday. The schedule features 24 non-conference games, 27 Mid-American Conference matchups and five home series at Scott Park.
The Rockets will take on four teams that competed in the 2024 NCAA Softball Championship, including three conference champions.
“I am excited about the schedule we were able to put together for the 2025 season,” said Bracamonte. “We have a strong lineup of teams ahead of us in the non-conference season that will help prepare us for MAC play. I feel really good about the mix of experience and young talent that will make up our lineup this year. I can’t wait to watch this team to take the field opening weekend in Columbia.”
Toledo will open its season with the first of five tournaments at the Gamecock Invitational in Columbia, S.C. from Feb. 7-9, taking on Saint Francis, Providence and Virginia. The team will then head to the Spiro Classic in Greensboro, N.C. from Feb 14-16 to face Merrimack, Georgetown and UNC-Greensboro, and the Hilltopper Classic in Bowling Green, Ky. on Feb. 21-23 to take on Gardner-Webb, Bradley and Western Kentucky.

Toledo will then head to Florida Atlantic for a midweek game on Wednesday, March 5. The team will round out their tournament slate at the Florida Gulf Coast Spring Break Classic in Fort Myers, Fla. on March 7-9. The Rockets are set to face off against Columbia, Lehigh and FGCU.
MAC play begins at Scott Park on Friday, March 14 with a three-game series against Western Michigan. Toledo will also host Akron (March 28-29), Central Michigan (April 15), Bowling Green (April 25-26) and Northern Illinois (May 3-4) at home throughout the season.
