TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A preliminary hearing has been set for a man who is accused of robbing someone at gunpoint on Nov. 11.
According to court documents, Elijha Jordan was arrested and charged with armed robbery after he allegedly pointed a rifle at someone and took $1,500 from them.
The victim was attempting to buy a car at the time of the robbery. According to court documents, the victim identified Jordan from a photo array on Nov. 18.
Jordan appeared in court Monday and was assigned a public defender. Jordan is scheduled to appear in court again on Dec. 3 for a preliminary hearing.
