TPD shoot, kill man in west Toledo early Wednesday following domestic dispute; man shot 22 times

A man allegedly armed with a shotgun was shot and killed by Toledo Police in west Toledo early Wednesday, and an autopsy revealed he was shot more than 20 times by officers following a domestic dispute.

The suspect was identified later Wednesday as 47-year-old Jason Means.
