TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A 37-year-old man faces a domestic violence charge after allegedly beating a woman in Toledo.
Tim Allen Chamberlain Jr. is accused of punching the victim multiple times in both eyes and her nose, throwing her to the ground, stepping on her hair to keep her from getting up, and throwing her onto a grill.
The complaint said the incident happened on April 2 and a domestic violence charge was filed on April 8.
He was in court April 15 where he pleaded not guilty and was released on his own recognizance. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim and to be placed on electronic monitoring, court records said.
