TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A local animal rescue shelter is holding a fundraiser ahead of the Big Game between the Ohio State University and the University of Michigan.
Fur Angels Rescue Shelter is inviting the public to take part in its OSU/Michigan football squares game to benefit it’s trap-neuter-return program.
The organization posted online it is still looking to sell squares and asked supporters to spread the word. Squares are $10 each and there is a $100 winner for the first three quarters and final score.
The squares will be randomly assigned and the final grid will be posted once all of the squares are sold. The Venmo account is @FurAngelsRescueShelter and the last four numbers of the phone number that Venmo will prompt users to submit is 3914.
