The development just south of the Dussel Drive overpass at I-475 is expected to be completed in early 2027, according to the St. Mary Development Corporation.
MAUMEE, Ohio — The St. Mary Development Corporation is building a 58-unit housing development targeted to working-class families in Maumee, the Dayton-based developer told WTOL 11 on Monday.
The development, described by St. Mary President Wesley Young as “workforce housing,” will be at 1351 Arrowhead Road just south of the Dussel Drive overpass at I-475. Construction is expected to complete in early 2027 and has an estimated development cost of $19.2 million.
Named Arrowhead Lofts, the developer says it will have 15 one-bedroom units, 31 two-bedroom units and 12 three-bedroom units.
The developer added that washer and dryer hookups will be included in-unit, and noted nearby businesses like a grocery store, post office, hospital, schools, banks, parks and restaurants.
