Jennifer Lawrence, Noah Kahan, The Cure and The Smashing Pumpkins Walked Into a Hunger Games Soundtrack
The full 29-track list for The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping (The Album) dropped this week. The album arrives Nov. 13 via MCA — executive-produced by Dave Cobb — while the film hits theaters Nov. 20.
The biggest surprise on the tracklist: Jennifer Lawrence sings “Deep in the Meadow,” her musical return to the franchise. Cast members Whitney Peak and Mckenna Grace also appear on the album.
You can already stream some of it. Noah Kahan’s “Draw You Out” leads the rollout as the official first single, while The Smashing Pumpkins’ “Black Stars” and Gigi Perez’s “Favor” are also out now. Everything else — all 29 songs — drops with the album Nov. 13.
Elsewhere on the list: The Cure (“Alone (Live in Berlin 2022)”), Stevie Nicks, Depeche Mode & KÁRYYN, Kacey Musgraves, Ella Langley, Violet Grohl, Noah Cyrus, Tyler Childers and Lizzy McAlpine.
If the original Hunger Games films defined millennial adolescence, this soundtrack is the franchise catching up with the generation that grew up in the arena — a cross-generational artist roster spanning the acts that raised millennials and the ones Gen Z streams now.
